1. When replacing the ceiling filter cotton, first remove the air inlet, ceiling filter cotton, and bottom plate filter screen, and clean the ventilation duct and areas prone to dust accumulation.
2. Then close the door of the spray painting production line, turn on the fan and let the strong wind blow for about 1 hour, and then install the ceiling filter cotton.
3. When installing the ceiling filter cotton, the ceiling filter cotton and the frame must be installed flat, and there should be no gap between the ceiling filter cotton and the frame.
4. Turn on the fan and use strong air for about 4 hours before re implementing the cleaning work.
5. Install the paint mist felt, turn on the air blowing of the unit for about 15 minutes, and then perform the final cleaning before use
